Mark Fremgen offers the citizens of Winnebago County an experienced jurist dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the judicial system, facilitating access to the justice system, and protecting the rights of individuals, families and businesses.

With Mark Fremgen as judge, the citizens of Winnebago County will be duly served:

• Alternate Dispute Resolution
  Less time, money and resources can be spent by individuals, businesses and taxpayers by encouraging the use of alternative methods to resolving disputes. Mediation, conflict resolution, and innovative court programs will reduce the backlog of cases within the system and reduce the individual costs associated with lengthy and overly litigious trials.
• Access to the System
  Every citizen has a right to have reasonable access to the judicial system. The circuit court level should be open to allow each and every person to have a reasonable opportunity to be heard by the court. The judge needs to make the necessary time available to all parties and attorneys in any action in the circuit court. No person will be denied a reasonable opportunity to be heard.
• Protecting your rights
  The court must ensure that the rights of individuals, whether they are plaintiffs, defendants, witnesses, or victims, are protected, equally. Plaintiffs will be given a chance to present their claims. Defendants will have their due process right to a fair trial. All victims will be heard.
